Inquiry and booking data: name, email, phone number, and the information you choose to include in your inquiry.
Engagement data: documents and case information processed to deliver your engagement.
Payment data is processed by Stripe; the Firm does not store card details.
3. Why we process it
To respond to inquiries, deliver purchased engagements, meet legal and professional obligations, and maintain required records.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only with the professionals working on your case, the service providers needed to operate this website (hosting, booking, forms, payments), and authorities where the engagement requires filings on your behalf. The Firm does not sell personal data and does not share data with unrelated businesses.
5. Retention
Case files are retained for the period required by professional and statutory obligations, then deleted. Inquiry data from prospects who do not engage the Firm is deleted within 12 months.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Contact the Firm at the email address on the Contact page to exercise these rights.
