Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all packages purchased through this website and to Tailored engagements confirmed by written quote. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Cooling-off period
You may cancel a purchased package within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided no consultation has been held and no professional work has begun on your case.
3. Cancellation after work has begun
If you cancel after work has begun, the Firm refunds the unused portion of the package, calculated against the deliverables already performed at the package's itemized rates. Completed consultations and drafted documents are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Rescheduling consultations
Consultations may be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Missed appointments without notice count as delivered.
5. Non-refundable circumstances
No refund is owed where an engagement is terminated due to falsified documents or materially false information, or where third-party authorities decline an application despite professionally performed work within scope.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. To request a refund or cancellation, email the Firm at the address on the Contact page; you receive a written confirmation of the calculation.
