Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. The firm and these terms
These Terms of Service govern all engagements between Marriage4Life Consulting (“the Firm”) and its clients. By purchasing a package, booking a consultation, or submitting an inquiry, you accept these terms.
The Firm is an independent, registered professional-services firm providing legal and advisory consulting connected to marriage-related processes.
2. Services and scope
Services are delivered as defined in the package purchased or the written quote accepted. Each package specifies its deliverables, including the number of consultations, the scope of document verification, agreement drafting, and case handling.
Work outside the purchased scope requires a separate written agreement. The Firm will state clearly, in advance, when requested work falls outside scope.
3. Professional responsibility
Legal services are performed by licensed attorneys. Advisory consultations are performed by the Firm's consultants.
The Firm does not guarantee outcomes of applications or proceedings decided by third-party authorities. The Firm guarantees professional preparation and handling of the work within scope.
4. Client obligations
Clients must provide accurate, complete information and genuine documents. The Firm may suspend or terminate an engagement, without refund of work already performed, if falsified documents or materially false information are provided.
Clients are responsible for meeting deadlines communicated by the Firm where those deadlines originate from authorities or third parties.
5. Fees and payment
Package prices are stated in USD and payable in advance via the checkout on this website. Tailored engagements are payable as set out in the accepted written quote.
Prices include the deliverables listed for the package and exclude third-party fees such as government filing fees, courier costs, apostille fees, and translation costs, unless stated otherwise in writing.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Confidentiality
The Firm treats all client information and case files as confidential, disclosed only as required to deliver the engagement or as required by law.
8. Liability
The Firm's aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
